President Ronald Reagan’s dog, Lucky
Lucky, a Bouvier des Flandres, though much beloved, grew a little too large and rambunctious to stay in the White House, so it was decided she would live at the Reagans’ ranch in California with a number of other dogs. Soon after, Reagan gave his wife, Nancy, Rex, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
